"Provador" app for Tiendanube stores — last updated October 1, 2026.
This is a translation; in case of discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.
By installing the Provador app in your Tiendanube store, you (the merchant) accept these
terms. They apply together with the Privacy Policy, which explains how data is
handled.
1. What the service does
Provador generates fashion images with artificial intelligence from your product photos:
In the store admin: catalog photos with the garment on a mannequin or worn by a showcase
model, and short video clips made from those photos. The approved image can be published to the product
gallery.
On the storefront: a "Virtual try-on" button through which the end customer uploads a photo of
themselves and sees the garment on them before buying.
The result is generated by an AI model. It is an approximate representation of the garment, not a photograph:
color, fit and details may differ from the actual product. Review each image before publishing it.
2. Credits and payment
The service is charged per use, in credits. Each generated image (mannequin, showcase model
or virtual try-on) uses 8 credits. Video uses more, depending on the chosen length; the cost is shown in the app
before you confirm.
Installation includes 80 free credits, once per store.
Additional credits are purchased in one-off packs, inside the app, by credit card processed by Stripe.
There is no subscription or monthly fee. Auto top-up is optional and you can turn it on and off at any time.
Credits do not expire and remain in the store's balance, even if you uninstall and
reinstall the app.
Credits are deducted when the generation is requested. If the generation fails due to an error in our
service, the credits are automatically returned to the balance. If the generation is rejected by the AI
engine's content filter (for example, a photo containing nudity or a minor), the credits are not returned.
A purchased pack that is still unused can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, upon
request by email. Credits already used are not refunded.
3. Your responsibilities
You warrant that you hold the rights to use the product photos you upload to the app.
The virtual try-on processes a photo of a person. As the controller of your customers' data, you are
responsible for informing the customer and obtaining their consent to use the photo, under the LGPD (Lei
13.709/2018, Brazil).
Using the service to generate sexual content, content involving minors, misleading content, or content that
infringes third-party rights is prohibited. We may suspend access for a store that uses the service for these
purposes.
The generated images are yours to use in the store's catalog and marketing. We are responsible for operating
the service, not for the content you choose to publish.
4. Availability
We work to keep the service running continuously, but it depends on external providers (AI engine, payment
processor, Tiendanube) and may become unavailable due to maintenance or failures beyond our control. In such
cases, any generation in progress is either completed or its credits are returned; nothing already published in
your store disappears.
5. Uninstallation and termination
You can uninstall the app at any time from the Tiendanube admin. The try-on stops appearing on the storefront
and access keys are revoked immediately. Installation data is deleted as described in the
Privacy Policy. We may terminate the service for a store that violates these terms,
with notice by email.
6. Changes
We publish any relevant change on this same page, with the revised update date at the top. Price changes do
not affect credits already purchased.
